You can return your FULL PRICE purchase for any reason within 60 days (of purchase date) for a refund or exchange. The return of all items is the responsibility of the customer and only tracked items will be accepted. Please retain tracking information until your return has been processed.

We’ll refund the purchase price to your Credit Card, Visa Debit Card or PayPal account within 3-5 business days of the item being received (probably even sooner). If you purchased using a giftcard your refund will go back onto a giftcard. Giftcard purchases cannot be refunded for cash.
We are happy to exchange for another size, colour or item. Returning your item to us is at your cost but we will cover the shipping to return the exchanged item back to you. If there’s a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we can refund the difference via your original payment method OR send you through an invoice so you can pay with credit card, Visa Debit Card or via PayPal.
We’ll provide a full refund on all returns however please note that any shipping fees you’ve paid aren’t refundable i.e shipping costs incurred on the original order (if it wasn’t free shipping), as well as the shipping cost you have incurred to return it for a refund.
Uh oh, lucky you read this first because all clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. All clearance sales are final.
